A 46-YEAR-OLD man from Barrow has been charged with sexual assault by touching after a complaint was made against him in a nightclub.
Gary Poole, of Pypers Croft, Barrow, was arrested by police last night at The Knights in Dalkeith Street, Barrow, before being charged with the offence this morning.
He has since been bailed and will appear before Furness Magistrates' Court on Tuesday November 8.
