MILLOM are the only South Cumbria side left with a fixture this weekend.
With Walney Central's home match against Latchford Albion postponed as the visitors could not raise a team in North West Men's Division One, it is left to the Woollybacks to fly the flag.
They travel to Beverley in National Conference Division Three, and face a tough day on the road against the league leaders.
Millom go into the game on the back of a six-match winning streak, and welcome back player/coach Tom Sibley, Jonathan Hodgson and Luke Brady for the trip, with others to be added to the squad.
A win for the home side this weekend will see them crowned champions, and Sibley said: “It is a tough one, but we did run them close at our place recently.
“We have been in good form, and we're aiming for a win in our push for promotion.”
He added: “Along with Barrow Island, we are in contention to finish second or third – the top two go up, then it's the play-offs.
“If either of us finish second or third, they will have home ties in the semi-final and be at home again in the final if successful.
“It's all to play for, and we have to stay calm.”
