OWEN Myers and Tom Newbegin both picked up injuries in Wednesday's Barton Townley Cup defeat against Askam and are ruled out for the clash with the unbeaten National Conference Division Three leaders.

Bobby Wright will return, but the final 17 will not be decided until coach Tom Sibley takes stock..

Sibley said: “We were to have a light session last night (Thursday) and will then see who is or is not available.

“We had one or two knocks but feel we will still put out a strong side. We have to lift ourselves for a tough game against Beverley but our home form is good.”

Millom lost on the opening day of the campaign at Beverley but have come good in recent weeks.

Hindpool v Pilkington Recs A

Brisbane Park (2.30pm)

THE Tigers will look to put Tuesday's defeat at the hands of Walney behind them when they take on Pilks A.

John Crawford picked up a head injury and is out, along with unavailable Josh Bayliss, John Williamson and Rob Bower.

Into the squad come Mike Kummer and Matty Archer.

Ulverston v Leigh East A

Dragley Beck (2.30pm)

ULVERSTON look to build on last week's victory over Bury Broncos when Easts visit Dragley Beck.

Matty Storey and Dan Akrigg are unavailable while Steve O'Connor will have a late test on a calf injury.

Crosfields v Askam

LIAM Saunders, Jake Spedding, Marc Dixon and Russ Bolton all return for the trip to Warrington after missing Wednesday's game with Millom.

Coach Dave Clark will have a late check on any knocks that occurred.

Widnes Tigers v Walney

A BROKEN thumb rules out George Nicholls while a dislocated shoulder sees Adam Nicholson sidelined along with Jake Devereux (groin)

Clock Face v Barrow Island

VICTORY for the Island on the road will see them leapfrog over their hosts into second place in the Conference third division.

Dan White, Ian Irvine, Joe Mallinson and Callum Nelson are unavailable, while coming in are Joe Spencely and Jake Carter.
