DANNY Keenan led the way with four goals as Vickerstown won 7-1 away to Coppull United in the West Lancashire League Premier Division.

Jackson Round grabbed two for the away side as well and Danny Cummings made up for last week’s penalty miss by scoring Park’s other.

In the Division One, Crooklands beat league leaders Leyland United 4-2, with Ben Phizacklea, Dave Mansergh (2) and Steve Caskie on target for Cassies while Leyland finished the game with nine men.

GSK Ulverston Rangers had a an excellent 3-2 win on the road at Eagley. Jack Gardner and Jordan McGarry looked to have gave GSK a point, but in the last minute Matty Lawlor rasped home a free kick to give them all three.

Millom drew 1-1 at Kendal County. Ben McDonald scored for Millom who missed a host of chances.

In Division Two, Dalton emphatically beat Galgate 5-1. Danny Leech scored a hat-trick, with Joe Fiddler helping himself to the other two.

Furness Cavaliers also picked up three points after beating Kendal County 2-1. Joe Blackshaw and Jamie Beddoes their scorers.

But Walney Island’s woes in front of goals continued as they drew 0-0 with Mill Hill St Peters.

Holker Old Boys’ game at home to Garstang in the North West Counties League First Division Cup first round was abandoned after the Garstang captain dislocated his knee.
