Barrow AFC have sold out their allocation of tickets for next week's clash with Carlisle United at Brunton Park.

The Bluebirds today confirmed that all 1,500 tickets have been snapped up.

It will see a big travelling support for the all-Cumbrian clash at United's ground.

The game on Saturday, November 13 will be the first league meeting between the clubs in front of supporters since 1964.

Both of last season's encounters were played behind closed doors because of Covid-19 restrictions.

Barrow have reminded fans that their allocation is made up of reserve seating, and are asking supporters to sit in the seats designated on their tickets.

No tickets for away fans will be available on the day. The travelling Barrow fans will be in the Pioneer Stand.

The game will kick off at 1pm, having been brought forward after consultation with police.

Mark Cooper's Barrow are currently 15th in League Two, six points above the second-bottom Blues.

Cooper's squad includes a number of former Carlisle players, including Paul Farman, Mark Ellis, Offrande Zanzala, Patrick Brough, Jamie Devitt, Tom White, Connor Brown and Mike Jones, the latter currently injured.
