BARROW AFC head into today’s game looking to add to Mansfield Town’s misery .
Mansfield travel to Holker Street having lost four out of their last five games.
The Bluebirds are hoping to boost their chances of escaping the bottom two this afternoon, but Barrow boss Kelly says Clough’s team can never be underestimated. Kelly said: “Nigel’s a good manager, with a lot of experience, I know they’ve had peaks and troughs a little bit, but that’s to be expected, that’s where teams are in the league. If you look at it overall, he’s got them going in the right direction. Of course we’re aware of their threats and weaknesses. But we’ve got to do what we do and just keep getting better. We have to make sure we don’t lose that competitive edge, organisation, being hard to play against, but can we add a little bit more of a cutting edge higher up the pitch? I’m looking to do that with the personnel available.”

Clough’s side will be without George Maris, George Lapslie, Stephen McLaughlin, Oli Sarkic and Joe Riley.
Captain Ollie Clarke will be available after his red card against Bradford City was overturned.
Today’s away side started the current season under Irishman Graham Coughlan. It was under Coughlan when Mansfield were defeated 4-2 by Barrow in the reverse fixture. The loss to the Bluebirds was Coughlan’s last game in charge, before Clough took the hotseat.
