David Dunn's Barrow will host Stevenage at Holker Street in their first Football League game for 48 years next month.

The fixtures, released at 9am this morning, sees the Bluebirds begin their season on home turf.

A derby clash will come around in the fourth game of the season, as they travel to Carlisle in October.

On October 10 they will welcome former boss Ian Evatt back to Holker Street when they host Bolton Wanderers.

Fans can look forward to another local derby in December, when they will travel to Morecambe, with the reverse fixture pencilled in for February 20.

And the season will conclude on May 8, when the Bluebirds travel to Exeter City.
