Barrow AFC supporters will be able to buy their season tickets from the club as well as ordering them online from today.

The Bluebirds are reopening their offices at their Holker Street stadium from noon-4pm this afternoon with clear social distancing and hygiene protocols in place. Opening hours will then vary, with these being updated on AFC’s website.

Supporters who wish to pay for their season ticket monthly by direct debit will need to wait until tomorrow as arrangements to process these are being finalised by the club.

Once this has happened, the reception will be open from 4-8pm.

Bluebirds Trust director Levi Gill said: “We are opening in a limited fashion to give fans who don’t use online the chance to purchase a season ticket as well.

“The response to our internet sales has been fantastic and records will be broken. It’s great to see the level of passion and excitement for our return to league football.”

Barrow are looking to add to the 500-plus online orders from season tickets they’ve already had and they plan to reopen the club shop to customers next Monday.

Gill said: “We have planned this carefully to ensure we are both compliant with Covid regulations and can start to re-open the club to our loyal fans. We’ve tried to consider the work patterns of our supporters and they are of course welcome to ring the club to check times.”
