The massive potential of Barrow Raiders prop Connor Terrill has been recognised, as he has been named Scotland Rugby League's Under-19 Player of the Year.
Terrill will be testing himself in the professional ranks for the first time in the 2020 season after the teenager signed for the Raiders from National Conference League side Millom during the autumn.
Terrill saw off competition from his fellow Millomite Charlie Emslie and Lyle Wilson to claim the Thompson-Tait award, which is named after Scotland RL pioneer Graeme Thompson and legendary full back Alan Tait.
The award was previously won by his Barrow clubmate Shane Toal, who was at Ulverston at the time he won it in 2014.
