Heavy rain has fallen in the North West
Barrow AFC's FA Trophy first round tie at Atherton Collieries has been postponed.
The match at Alder Street against the Northern Premier League side was due to kick-off at 3pm, but heavy rain in the North West has left the pitch saturated.
it passed an inspection at 9:15am but was later deemed unplayable
The match has been rearranged for Tuesday night.
The tie is the Bluebirds' first-ever competitive match against the Colls, who have reached the competition proper for the first time in their history.
