Dawes Meadow sees its troops return tomorrow as Windermere play Carlisle Crusaders at home after a great win on the road away at Creighton last week.

The team is starting to show some continuity in section with very few changes from last week's side that made it back-to-back wins for the first time this season.

Captain Jonny Benson reverts to his preferred loose forward role alongside fellow back rowers Paul Mahler and Gregg Meschino.

Brad Askam and Josh Dawson take up the mantle in the second row, pushing on front row threesome Jamie Hardman, Luke Todd and Tyrone Alderson.

Damien Armstrong and Moses Dawson fill the centre positions with wide men Bobby Davis and Liam Garnett looking for early ball and to bring full back Ben Gibson into play.

But it all depends on how half-backs Liam Mckinnon and Bertie Hodgson join up, and whether the forwards can give them the ball they need to succeed.

Hawcoat Park A are back in action after a week off, as they face Blackburn 3rd XV at home.

Captain Peter Jennens will be looking for more of the same, as he is joined by the returning Matt Robson and Martin Kennedy in helping to get a strong start.

Someone who has been missed is Peter Matthews and he comes in after a long injury lay-off, as does Jack Fawcett, who will make a difference back in the front three alongside Ben Hughes.

Jay Crowe is likely to take up the scrum-half jersey with Connor McDermott on hand to break the line as only he can.

Jack Ostin's progression has been phenomenal and he keeps his starting place in the team. Corey Doughty and Keenan Cotton return to the seconds after a great day out last week with the first team.

Adam Armstrong and Dan Hayes are likely to be the wide men, with Col Wright at full back. Andy Kent was selected for the first team but is playing for the 'A' team to help with a front row shortage.
