After last week's 62-7 demolition of local rivals Furness, Millom will be on their own turf again tomorrow, as Egremont come to visit in Cumbria Division One.

Millom will be able to name a strong team again and will have several of returnees to count on, with Connor Penrith, Danny Redhead and Dave Thompson back to boost the team.

The trio of Steve Watson, Ian Cummings and Kieron Rogan will be up to take on all comers, with Kieron Coulson and Joe Thomlinson always close to the action.

Robbie Pattinson will look to join things between forwards and backs with Chris Park and Sy Robertson wanting to get on the end of the ball and put their opponents away.

Wilson Park is looking like a fortress so far this season, with Millom winning both of their games on their home patch so far, so the Blues will be looking for more of the same and climb the table.

Last week's superb performance in a 22-10 defeat against a strong Hawcoat Park side should give Windermere a lift going forward into this week’s fixture away at St Benedicts with captain Jonny Benson wanting more of the same from his troops.

One big loss for the side is stalwart Dan Harrison, who misses out through injury, but with Brad Askam on hand to fill the space they are still in good hands.

Jamie Hardman and Paul Murphy will be looking for support at the set-piece, as will Luke Todd.

Greg Meschino's work at the breakdown will be key, along with Bertie Hodgson's runs from stand-off.

Moses Dawson will want to attack at every opportunity. with wing men Davis and Gibson covering all other options in the back three.

Windermere are looking for the first win since their opening day triumph against Silloth at Dawes Meadow, but they should head to Whitehaven with some confidence restored after their showing against unbeaten Hawcoat.
