NATHAN Mossop will be hoping to put injuries behind him to help Barrow Raiders make an instant return to the Betfred Championship.
The hooker is the latest player to sign a one-year contract for next season, much to the delight of rugby director Andy Gaffney.
"Nathan has been out a lot this season with injuries," he said.
"But that’s behind him now and we are looking forward to seeing Mossy on the park next season.
"He is a great athlete that keeps himself in great condition. He is a true professional on and off the field and nothing is too much trouble for him to do when asked.
"It’s a big year all round for Nathan next season and he will be a key player in our push for promotion."
Mossop first joined the club in 2009 and had a brief spell with South Wales in 2012.
