Danny Morrow has become the latest player to commit his future to Barrow Raiders after the second row signed a new one-year contract at the club.

Morrow unfortunately suffered another injury-hit campaign that restricted him to just 14 appearances for the Raiders, in which he scored two tries.

The 2020 season will be his fifth at Craven Park since he brought into the professional ranks by Barrow head coach Paul Crarey from amateur club Walney Central in 2016.

He has made 51 appearances for his hometown team in total, with his most significant contribution coming in the 2017 League One Cup final when he scored two tries in the victory over North Wales Crusaders at Blackpool.

Morrow joins the likes of Stargroth Amean, Wartovo Puara and Jamie Dallimore in committing themselves to helping the Raiders’ attempts to earn promotion back to the Betfred Championship at the first time of asking next year.
