Liam Livingstone helped Lancashire win their first three County Championship fixtures in a season for the first time since 1995, as the Red Rose completed a six-wicket victory over Worcestershire yesterday.

Lancashire maintained their 100 per cent record in Division Two inside three days as they reached their target of 126, although they were left sweating when Livingstone was dismissed for a golden duck to leave them on 32-4.

However, an unbeaten 60 from from captain Dane Vilas got them over the line at Old Trafford. Livingstone had previously top-scored with 69 in Lancashire's first innings, while England international James Anderson took seven wickets in the match.
