THE final game of the regular season sees Hawcoat Park aim to rebound from missing out on a place in the Cumbria One top four play-offs.

Defeat to Upper Eden last Saturday ensured the Maroon & Whites will be in the bottom four when the split comes after tomorrow’s fixture away to Wigton.

Several key personnel are unavailable, but Colin Niven is set to throw his hat into the ring up front to join Adam Grainger and Andy Kent.

The second row has some power in it with Matt Robson and John Donnan there. Ash Mowatt could move to number eight, with Harry Higgins and debutant Austin Meadows also in the back row.

Will Coles or Lewis Sayle are likely to get the scrum-half shirt, with the unselected player moving to centre to join Chris Burns.

Scott Kaighan returns at fly-half, as does Elliot McDermott in the back line. Jack Lord retains his wing jersey along with full-back Benji Platt.

In North-West Intermediate League Division Four North, Hawcoat A are on the road to Blackburn 3.

Coach Dave Wynne returns to the side and could link up with Jason Milby in the centres.

Corey Doughty, Jordan Bayliff, Martin Kennedy and Mark Woodburn are waiting to find out whether they will feature in the second or back row.

Adam Armstrong, Jay Crowe and Fran Sarmiento compete for the places on the wing.
