Windermere will be looking to get back to winning ways in Cumbria Two when they host Wigton at Dawes Meadow tomorrow.

Mere captain Johnny Benson leads from number eight, joined in the back row by Paul Mahler and Josh Dawson.

Jamie Hardman are Dan Harrison in the front three, pushed on by second row duo Olli Askew and John Longworth.

Alister Mckinnel and Bertie Hodgson are the link-men between forwards and backs at scrum-half and fly-half respectively, with centres Neil Piggot and Joe Williams looking to break the defensive line in pursuit of the points.

Wing men Tom Atkinson and Moses Dawson are great finishers on their day and will be supporting full-back Daelon Hernandez in both attack and defence.

Millom host second-placed Workington at Wilson Park, having put last week’s defeat to Egremont behind them.

The Blue & Whites have prop Kieron Rogan back after his one-week suspension and his presence will be needed against a big Workington outfit.

The pack is strong, with Trevor Dixon, Danny Redhead and Ian Cummings leading the way, and with old head Richard Preston dictating the play, they offer some threatening rugby.

The backs will be looking at using the ball in space, with the likes of John Falconer, Sy Roberson and Robbie Pattinson putting combinations together
