Sentenced: Christopher While
A BARROW man has narrowly avoided prison after pleading guilty to downloading 22 indecent images of children.
Christopher Murray While, of Low White Close, Barrow, has been convicted of making eight Category A images, 11 Category B images and 3 Category C images and possessing 22 indecent images between October 2016 and November 2016. The 29-year-old is known for appearing in YouTube videos uploaded from group online chatrooms.
While was today (Monday December 11) sentenced to eight months imprisonment suspended for two years following a hearing at Preston Crown Court. He must attend a 30-day sex offenders rehabilitation course and pay a victim surcharge of £140.
