Our CN Group photographer Mike McKenzie has been out on the Lake District fells capturing these wintery scenes.
The images, taken during a walk over snow-topped Blake Fell and Carling Knott, capture some of the western fells, with the Solway Firth in the distance.
Forecasters are predicting more wintery weather over the weekend, but walkers are reminded to take care and not head onto the fells unprepared.
