For those trying to get to @Cartmelrace today (including me) all @northernassist trains appear to be cancelled out of Barrow. What’s the odds on that ?

A number of angry rail users took to social media to vent their frustration and confront Northern on the dire service.
Heather Bruce tweeted that she was unable to travel to her place of work and was unable to take her son to a hospital appointment.
@northernassist @JWoodcockMP @NWEMlive so my son can't get to hospital appointment and staff can't get to work @UHMBT
