THE emergency services attended Roa Island in the early hours of the morning.
Cumbria Police confirmed they received a call at 4.52am on September 10.
The police said that this was a report of a concern for the welfare of a man, and that the emergency services attended the scene.
Subsequently, the police arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of theft/unauthorised taking of a motor vehicle. He has been released on police bail.
