A WOMAN who assaulted another female by beating her has been sentenced in court.
Carly Morris, of Hazel Gill in Barrow, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on August 29.
Court records show the incident took place on November 5 last year in Barrow.
The 34-year-old was fined £253 for the offence and ordered to pay £85 in court costs, as well as a £48 surcharge.
