Two seaside spots in Cumbria have been named among the cheapest areas by the coast in the UK.
After something of a washout summer, many of us have been treated to the arrival of some warmer weather. Which naturally had us dreaming of heading to the coast to cool off.
Cumbria, for that matter, is the ideal destination.

Property expert Tim Bannister, says: “Particularly at this time of year, many people consider what a home by the sea and away from the hustle and bustle of a city could look like, or perhaps explore estate agents’ windows while on holiday.”
Rightmove said: "So what better time to take a look at some of the locations close to the surf, sand and plenty of spots to grab ourselves an ice cream or two.
"We’ve looked at the most expensive, and the cheapest areas, if you’re considering a move to the coast."
