A charity service in south Cumbria is celebrating a decade of providing safe spaces in the region.
It is now 10 years since Mind in Furness first set up the 'Millom Safe Space' programme.
This is a weekly drop-in session for adults looking for a place to talk and to access mental health support.
To properly mark the occasion, the charity is holding a party at the Tin Chapel on Mainsgate Road on Saturday, September 7 between 1pm and 4pm.
A spokesperson from the charity said: "We have a range of activities planned, including a live band, delicious food and drink, games and arts and crafts for children, and a raffle with some wonderful prizes.
"It will also be a chance to find out more about the service and our volunteering opportunities - we hope to see you there."
