CUMBRIA'S Strictly Come Dancing contestent Helen Skelton has been ranked second most likely to win the show.

The local star took part her last dance with her partner Gorka Marquez before the quarter-finals which are taking place on November 2.

Helen recently impressed judges with a samba dance that earned her praise.

Here are the rankings for the mostly likely winner of Strictly, based on their odds and their percentage probability of success.

Hamza Yassin remains the favourite to win this year's show despite third week in a row not finishing top of the leaderboard.

Helen Skelton 3/1 second favourite to win but was given a five by judge Craig Revel Horwood this weekend.

Ellie Taylor was eliminated on Sunday’s show after finishing bottom of the leaderboard.
