BARROW Raiders are hosting their 'Raiders on the Road' engagement sessions again.
The Raiders will be visiting the Dowdales bottom field at Dalton on Thursday 4 August from 6.00-8.00 pm, a to-be-confirmed venue at Askam on Thursday 11 August at 3.00-5.00 pm, and the Dowdales field again in Dalton on Thursday 18 August at 6-8.00 pm.
The sessions are designed for under 18s and will feature food, music and activities as well as the opportunity for young people to meet Raiders players Anton Iaria and Ellis Gillam.
There will also be boxercise, archery, football, rugby, dodgeball and kick tennis.
Australian-born Anton Iaria joined Barrow during the last season and plays for Italy through his grandparent's heritage.
He has won four caps for Italy.
Second-row Ellis Gillam also joined in the last season from Whitehaven. He has made 19 appearances and scored four tries.
