THE BEGGAR'S Theatre is still offering places for their summer stop-motion animation workshops.
The sessions will be on 16-18 August and 23-25 August. There are morning sessions from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm for children aged 8-11 and afternoon sessions from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm for children and teenagers aged 12-16.
It is £30 for all six sessions.
The Beggar's Theatre offers: "A great starter crash course for narrative filmmaking. In 3 days we will write, film and edit a short film. Great fun whether you would like to be in front or behind the camera.
"You will get to design and build characters and sets before bringing them to life. Great for those who love crafting/art, story writing, photography and editing."
Last year children in Barrow were invited to work with filmmaker Karen Bird to design and create a claymation character at Cooke's Studios.
