A WELL KNOWN artist will be launching her new summer collection at Windermere Fine Art Gallery on Saturday 30 July.
The exhibition will be open from 1.00 to 4.00 pm. In her first gallery appearance since 2020, Michelle will be unveiling 11 new pieces in total.
Some pieces can only be seen and purchased at Windermere Fine Art Gallery.
Her artwork is based on digital photography that is then layered with other imagery.
Michelle describes her artistic process as: “I’m forever daydreaming, and I get to create some of what goes on in my busy little head for all to see.”
Gallery owner, Matthew Titherington, adds: “Her last public launch event was in Edinburgh in 2020 so we’re delighted to be chosen as the first gallery since the pandemic to launch her new Summer collection.
"She is such a collectable artist as each of her pieces is so unique yet so recognisable. A collection of her pieces could work by being built up into a gallery wall to create an impactful display. We’ll have drinks and canapes at the launch and would love to see as many art enthusiasts come down as possible.”
Michelle herself will be in attendance for the launch.
