A FORMER Emmerdale star took a trip to the Lakes this week.
Sammy Winward, best known for her role as Katie Sugden in the ITV soap opera, took the time to explore Rydal Caves in Ambleside during a recent trip.
She posted a picture of her trip to Instagram with the caption: "Cave girl. Such an easy hike to get here too."
