Barrow
NEARLY 2,300 customers were affected by a power cut in Barrow over the weekend.
Electricity North West sent out an engineer to investigate the electricity disturbance which affected 2,292 customers on Sunday.
Power was restored to households by Sunday afternoon.
A spokesman for Electricity North West issued an apology online about the power cut.
He said: "We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bearing with us."
