FLOATS and interactive pieces including a large rotating moon are stopping off in Barrow as part of a festival.
Moon Convoy, a fully sustainable armada of vehicles, is visiting towns and cities across the UK.
It will be heading to Barrow Town Square on Friday, May 20 from 6pm until 10pm.

Expect cosmic transformations through live music and DJ sets, a full-size replica of nine metre-long Archie The Squid who resides at The Natural History Museum in London, talks, film screenings, an inflatable playground designed with the help of scientists at NASA SSERVI and the SETI Institute, a nine-piece Arkestra and a larger than life red phone through which visitors can talk to the Moon.
There will also be a ‘Moon Zine’ library where you can check out the full back catalogue of the boundary-breaking Moon Press, an immersive Soundbath experience - and the opportunity to record a track with a music producer - with food trucks and a bar to keep you fuelled.
