SUPPORTERS are being invited to come and watch their town football squad train at the stadium before their big game.

The Bluebirds squad will be training at The Dunes Hotel Stadium on Friday afternoon and the gates are being opened to allow supporters to come and watch the session.

Phil Brown will put the players through their paces on the pitch in readiness for Saturday’s big game against Port Vale and supporters can come along and take in the preparations for themself.

Plus, the new boss, assistant manager Neil McDonald and some of the players will join supporters for a few drinks and a bite to eat in the fanzone after training!

Phil Brown said: “I know how important it is that we build links with our fans and the local community.

“We really want everyone to feel a part of what we’re trying to achieve, and we all need to come together for the final eight games of the season now.

“We’d love to see as many fans as possible down at The Dunes Hotel Stadium on Friday and we’re looking forward to meeting them after training.”

The training session will begin at 3pm on Friday and entry is free for all supporters.
