A WEST Cumbrian church has been burgled and damaged.
The priory in St Bees was the victim of the vandalism, according to a report made to Cumbria Police.
Officers were called out at 6:53pm on Sunday, January 23, to a report of the crime.
Police said property in the church was damaged, including a calendar taken out of the church and left damaged outside.
They said: "If anyone has information about this incident, please report it via cumbria.police.uk/reportit, quoting incident 187 of January 23.
"You can also phone on 101.
"To report information completely anonymously, contact independent charity CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111."
