MOUNTAIN rescuers were called out after a couple became lost on a Lake District fell.
The pair got into difficulty on Crinkle Crags and ended up 'some distance off route' on Little Stand.
Langdale/Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team (LAMRT) was contacted at around 5pm on Friday.
An LAMRT spokesman said the couple were located by team members and escorted off the fell.
It was the team's 14th callout of 2022.
