OFFICERS are appealing for information following an attempted burglary of a town centre shop.
A window was smashed at Baby Bitz in Cavendish Street, Barrow following an attempted burglary.
Police are investigating an attempted burglary which occurred at the rear of the shop at approximately 4pm on January 16.
Officers said that a window at the rear of the property was smashed in the process.
A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: "We are appealing for any witnesses that may have any information which may lead to identifying any suspects."
