AN event is inviting residents to give themselves some 'serious self love'.
The 'Love and Light Sound Bath' event will take place at Bardsea Malt Kiln Village Hall on February 15 from 7pm.
Organisers said: "Give yourself some serious self love. Time just for you to be.
"Starting with a deeply relaxing guided meditation connecting to your heart centre and your inner light.
"Be bathed by the sounds and vibrations of the drum, singing bowls, chimes and softly sung chants and mantra. Let the gongs shower you in gong love, leaving you feeling completely blissed out, loved and nurtured."
The event will cost £12 per person.
