One of Britain's most celebrated chefs is hosting a series of exclusive culinary events to celebrate the opening of his flagship Cumbrian restaurant.
Simon Rogan opened L'Enclume in 2002 with his partner, Penny Tapsell, where he became known for farming and foraging all types of edibles for his innovative dishes.
The first of 20 events to commemorate the opening of L'Enclume will take place at the award-winning Henrock, opened by Simon in 2019, which is located in Linthwaite House in the hills above Windermere.
The event at Henrock will last from 12 - 23 January, and will showcase Simon's 20 favourite dishes from the last 20 years, and bookings are now being taken by Linthwaite House.
Simon gained his first Michelin star in 2005, with the second arriving in 2013, and he also currently holds the maximum five AA rosettes.
2015 Good Food Guide describes the internationally-acclaimed chef's constantly changing, twenty-one-course tasting extravaganza as "miracles of nature".
