A MUSIC video dedicated to those working over the festive period has been released.

WOX - Working Over Christmas hit music streaming sites earlier this month, and now the official music video has made its way to video sharing platform YouTube.

Millom based paramedic Tracy French, 53, who lives in Haverigg, wrote the song last year, and called in the help of some of her old band mates to bring it to life.

WOX comprises of Tracy French on keyboard, Andrew Sinclair on vocals and guitars and Steve Harrison on drums.

A portion of the music video was filmed at the Beggar's Theatre in Millom, and it even features the Red Devils.

The music video was watched almost 1,000 times within 24 hours of being released online.

The cheerful lyrics sing "if it's good enough for the big man, it's good enough for me!"

Excited about the release of the music video, Tracy said: "The whole process has been a fantastic experience and so many talented people have helped us along the way.

"I’m really proud of the video and song and slightly overwhelmed by the positive reaction from everyone.

"Now that it is available to watch and listen to across most media sites I hope that many more people will get great pleasure from it, especially those who it is dedicated to, those working over Christmas."

You can listen to the single on all major music streaming platforms.
