RATED: Procter Butchers in Kents Bank Road, Grange
THE food hygiene rating of a town butchers has been revealed.
J Procter Butchers in Kents Bank Road, Grange underwent a food hygiene inspection on October 8.
The butchers received a score of four from inspectors from South Lakeland District Council.
In the report, inspectors rated the butchers a 'good' for its hygienic food handling, a 'generally satisfactory' for its cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building and a 'good' for the management of food safety in the butchers.
