A MAN who was in charge of a dangerously out of control dog is due to be sentenced.
Edward Charles Hall was in charge of a lurcher dog in Askam on July 23 when it injured Edmund Turner in Wakefield Street.
The 26-year-old, of Steel Street in Askam, is due to be sentenced for the offence at Preston Crown Court today.
