Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
A BARROW man is due to appear in court this morning.
Nathaniel Rhys Davies, 26, of Brook Street, is accused of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress to Stephen Milburn in Barrow on May 28.
He is also accused of the same offence towards Stephen Milburn in Barrow on May 4.
He will face the charges at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
