TWO men have been jailed for 32 weeks after pleading guilty to burgling a car wash.
Ross Johnson, 24, of Smeaton Street, Barrow and Brandon Woolveridge, 22, of Ewan Close, Barrow, appeared in South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The pair had both been charged with burglary at ARC car wash in Barrow on November 23 2021.
Woolveridge had also been charged with theft at Raiders Bar on October 1 2021.
Woolveridge was handed a custodial sentence of 12 weeks for the burglary and ordered to pay £250 in compensation.
He was also sentenced to an additional eight weeks imprisonment for theft and told to pay £251.
Johnson was handed a 12 week custodial sentence and ordered to pay £250 compensation for burglary.
