In Barrow, 117 participants took to the course, with six people setting a new personal best.

The first male to finish was Sean Roberts in 18.44, second to finish was Cameron Bell in 19.22, and third was Antonio Maggio-Poyntz in a new personal best of 19.33.

The first female to finish was Karen Ann Maggio-Poyntz in 21.42, second was Amy Singleton in 22.27, and third was Anna Donohue in 22.47.

Ulverston's Ford parkrun saw a turnout of 99 runners, with 14 people achieving a new personal best.

The first recorded man across the finish line was Owain Clark in 20.11, second was Oliver Oldham in 20.46, and third was Noah Cook in a new personal best of 20.58.

The first recorded woman to cross the finish line was Helen Glover in 19.51, second was Iona Barrowdale-Smith in 25.04, and third was Tarryn Wagner in 27.11.

132 runners took to Fell Foot parkrun, with eight getting a new personal best.

The first male to finish was Andrew Bell in 19.19, second was Justin Tancrel in a new personal best of 19.56, and third was Harvey Lord in 20.09.

The first female to finish was Caroline Lloyd in 21.58, second was Lorna Hubbard in 22.04, and in third was Sophie Kirkby in 23.15.

96 runners took park in Rothay Park parkrun, with eight achieving new personal bests.

The first recorded man to finish was Tom Valentine in 18.27, second was Craig Bottomley in 19.39, and third was Robert English in 19.56.

The first woman was Alison Smith in 23.45, second was Elise Downing in 24.27, and third was Cara Silbery 24.40.

Over in Millom, 42 people took part, with six new personal bests achieved.

The first man to finish was Max Hazlehurst in a new personal best of 18.17, second was Simon Chapman in 19.04, and third was John Rodgers in 20.11.

The first woman was Catherine Fox in 24.12, second was Sara Kennedy in a new personal best of 24.13, and third was Jennifer Mabbott in 26.45.
