A PENSIONER has made the subject of a restraining order.
Michael Holt used threatening or abusive words toward Graham Dunn on August 4.
The 75-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
Holt, of Queens Drive in Windermere, was fined £100 for the offence.
Under a restraining order, he is banned from engaging in any conduct that would cause harassment alarm or distress to Graham Dunn or Tracey Chapman for a man.
