A MAN accused of drink driving and driving without a licence is due to appear in court.
Daniel Power is said to have had 56 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath during the incident on Barrow's Cavendish Street on September 10.
The 30-year-old is also accused of driving without insurance.
The defendant, of Coronation Road in Ashton Under Lyne in Greater Manchester, is due to appear before South Magistrates' Court today.
