A SOUTH Lakeland man is due to appear in court accused of drug-driving.
Paul Satterthwaite, 53, was allegedly found to have in him 492 micrograms of amphetamine per litre of blood when driving a Ford Mondeo on December 19, 2020. The legal limit is 250 micrograms.
The alleged offence took place in Roanhead lane, Barrow.
Satterthwaite, of Neville Street, Ulverston, pleaded not guilty to the offence on September 25 of this year.
He is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, situated in Abbey Road, Barrow, tomorrow.
