AN ULVERSTON man is to appear in court on separate charges of drink-driving and failing to stop after a road accident.
It is alleged George Isaac Bennett was over the drink-drive limit when driving a Volkswagen Polo in Town Bank Road, Ulverston, on September 28 of this year.
It is alleged the car was involved in a collision that saw damage caused to a wall and that Bennett failed to stop.
Bennett, 26, of William Street, faces a third charge — of failing to report the accident.
He will appear at court in Barrow on Tuesday.
