THE address at which a man is serving a curfew has been changed after an application was approved by a magistrates' court.
Fergus Edward McFadzean is now living in Market Street in Dalton.
He had previously been living in James Street in Askam, where he was subject to a curfew.
However, an application was made to amend the requirements of the community order issued on July 26, 2021, by South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Abbey Road, Barrow.
The application to change the curfew address to Dalton was made on the grounds 'that the defendant had been living with his aunt until he found a place to live'.
McFadzean, who is 37 years old, will be under a curfew at his new, Market Street address between the hours of 7pm and 6am each day.
The curfew, which is being electronically monitored, is set to end on November 15 of this year.
