A BARROW man will be sentenced at crown court after pleading guilty to two offences - including assault.
South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court heard Carl Benjamin Johnson Hartley assaulted Naomi Thompson and occasioned her actual bodily harm in Barrow on September 4 of this year.
Hartley, of Geneva Street, is set to appear before Preston Crown Court to be sentenced on November 5.
Also on September 4 in Barrow, the 39-year-old damaged two televisions and two windows belonging to Ms Thompson. He was ‘intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged’.
He is scheduled to appear before Preston Crown Court to be sentenced on November 5 ‘or such other date, time or place as the crown court directs in custody’.
