RATED: Tracy’s Kitchen, based at The Masons Arms in Dalton
THE food hygiene rating of a food business has been revealed.
Tracy's Kitchen, based at The Masons Arms in Dalton, underwent a food hygiene inspection on June 10.
The kitchen received a top score by inspectors from Barrow Borough Council.
The site received a glowing report from inspectors, receiving a 'very good' for its hygienic food handling, a 'very good' for its cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building and another 'very good' for the management of food safety.
